Oy, pricing things to sell. If I make another I’ll have to time myself – I don’t know whether I would be able to price it so it would sell, and I would make a decent wage!

I didn’t want to just say “cut a piece of fabric of such-and-such dimensions” – someone has different ribbon, they just have to work it out for themselves! If they don’t want so much algebra they can head to futuregirl. 🙂

Actually, I have absolutely no idea what form these sorts of tutorials take. I was just amused at how much it sounded like an algebra problem.

And that bag is super cute. Totally the sort of thing you could sell at conventions. (Though you’d probably have to get fake coins, especially since that particular 5-yen coin is only sort of still in circulation. It took us forever just to figure out what it was, since it didn’t match the other 5-yen coins we had that actually were accepted in vending machines.)
